In term of solidarity, the Ministry is in charge of:<P>*keeping & reinforcing the solidarity and the cohesion between all components of the Ivorian nation;<P>*organising actions in favour of communities in despair or in need;<P>*carrying out, monitoring and coordinating activities of humanitarian national and international associations & organisations;<P>*evaluating the strategies of carrying out actions of solidarity;<P>*promoting & carrying out actions of solidarity.<P>In terms of War Victims:<P>*development & reinforcement of the plea and sensitization of the populations in favour of war victims;<P>*identification of war victims and evaluation of their losses;<P>*search of funding for the care of the victims & the reparation of their damages, with collaboration of the Ministry of Economy & Finance;<P>*proposing and carrying out measures of rehabilitation and social reinsertion of war victims;<P>*promotion of a policy of war remembrance. |
