Participating in the setting of objectives macro and the micro-economic state; <P>To develop, implement and monitor the general budget of the state, taking into account the objectives set by the government; <P>Develop and coordinate the financial programming for implementation of the budget; <P>Proposing tax policy of the state and monitor its implementation; <P>Creating the necessary tools to ensure the effective management of financial holdings of the State; <P>Coordinate and monitor the policy of privatisation and reorganisation of the State Enterprise Sector; <P>Present proposals on the definition of financial policies, according to the macro-economic targets set by the Government; <P>Working with relevant bodies in the formulation and implementation of wage policy; <P>Propose and manage pricing policy; <P>Propose the national policy of insurance and reinsurance and supervise its implementation; <P>Participating in the development of monetary and credit policy of the country; <P>To propose standards to be complied with the activity of games; <P>Register and exercise financial control over all donations and international aid; <P>Collapse, record, manage and control the external debt, in collaboration with the National Bank of Angola; <P>Collapse, record, manage and control the internal debt of the state. |
