(1) The Social security and Ministry of Labour is placed under the authority of a Minister. (2) The Social security and Minister for Labour is in charge with the development, the implementation and the evaluation of the policy and the programs of the Government in the fields of the industrial relationships, of the statute of the workers and the social security. For this reason, it is responsible: - control of the application of the Fair labor standards act and International Conventions, ratified by Cameroun, having milked with work; - development and implementation of the policy of precaution and social security; - connection with the Institutions of the system of the United Nations and the African Union specialized in the field of work. (3) It ensures the supervision of the National Case of Social Welfare. Article 2: For the achievement of his missions, the Minister for Labour and Social security lay out: - of a Particular Secretariat; - of two (02) Technical Advisers; - of a General Inspection; - of Police headquarters; - decentralized Services. |
