(1) The Ministry for the Posts and Télécommunications is placed under the authority of a Minister. (2) The Minister for the Posts and Télécommunications is in charge with the development, the implementation and the evaluation of the policy of the Government as regards stations and telecommunications. For this reason: - it studies, realizes or makes produce the corresponding equipment and infrastructures; - it ensures or makes ensure the staff training of its sector; - it follows the activities of the mobile companies of telecommunications or by satellite. (3) It ensures the supervision of the Agency of Regulation of Telecommunications, of Cameroon Postal Services, the École Nationale Supérieure of the Posts and Telecommunications and Cameroon Télécommunications. Article 2: For the achievement of his missions, the Minister for the Stations and Télécommunications lay out: - of a Particular Secretariat; - of two (2) Technical Advisers; - of a General Inspection; - of Central Administration; - decentralized Services. |
