(1) The Ministry for Scientific Research and the Innovation is placed under the authority of a Minister. (2) The Minister for Scientific Research and the Innovation is responsible for the development, the implementation and the evaluation of the policy of the Government as regards scientific research and innovation. For this reason, it is charged with: - animation, of coordination and control of the activities of scientific research on all the extent of the territory, for the promotion of the economic, social and cultural development; - valorization, of the popularization and the analysis of the results of research, in permanent connection with all the sectors of the national economy and the government departments and interested organizations. (3) It ensures the supervision of the Institute of the Agronomic research for the Development and the institutes of research. Article 2: For the achievement of his missions, the Minister for Scientific Research and Innovation lay out: - of a Particular Secretariat; - of two (2) Technical Advisers; - of a General Inspection; - of Police headquarters; - decentralized Services. |
