(1) The Ministry for Small and Medium-sized companies, the Social Economy and the Craft industry is placed under the authority of a Minister. (2) The Minister for Small and Medium-sized companies, the Social Economy and the Craft industry is in charge with the development, the implementation and the evaluation of the policy of the Government as regards development of small and medium-sized companies, of the social economy and the craft industry. For this reason, it is responsible: - promotion and framing of small and medium-sized companies and craft industry; - development of the social economy; - constitution, in connection with the professional organizations, of a bank of data and projects for the investors in the sectors of small and medium-sized companies and the craft industry; - promotion of the entrepreneurship and private initiative; - follow-up of the activity of the organizations of assistance to small and medium-sized companies and craft industry; - promotion of the products of small and medium-sized companies and craft industry, in connection with the professional organizations concerned; - follow-up of the professional organizations of small and medium-sized companies and craft industry; - follow-up of the evolution of the abstract sector and relating to it studies; - identification and study of the possibilities of migrations of the actors of the abstract sector towards the craft industry and the microphone-companies; - study of any measurement aiming at supporting the information and the training of the actors of the abstract sector. Article 2: For the achievement of his missions, the Minister for Small and Medium-sized companies, Social Economy and Craft industry lays out: - of a Particular Secretariat; - of two (02) Technical Advisers; - of a General Inspection; - of Police headquarters; - decentralized Services, |
