(1) The Ministry for the Promotion of the Woman and the Family is placed under the authority of a Minister. (2) The Minister for the Promotion of the Woman and the Family is in charge with the development, the implementation and the evaluation of measurements relating to the respect of the women's rights and protection of the family. For this reason, it: - day before with the disappearance of any discrimination with regard to the woman; - day before with the increase in the guarantees of equality with regard to the woman in the policy fields, economic, social and cultural; - studies and subjects to the Government the conditions facilitating the employment of women in the administration, agriculture, the trade and industry; - the connection with the national and international political organizations of promotion of the woman ensures; - the supervision of the organizations of female formation ensures, other than the educational establishments of the Ministries in charge of education; - studies and puts forward the strategies and measures aiming at reinforcing the harmony in the families. Article 2: For the achievement of his missions, the Minister for the Promotion of the Woman and the Family lays out: - of a Particular Secretariat; - of two (02) Technical Advisers; - of a General Inspection; - of Police headquarters; - decentralized Services; - specialized Technical Units. |
