(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Division, the Division of the Studies, Futurology and Co-operation is charged: - exploratory study of the indicators of each sector, in connection with the technical directions and the administrations concerned; - formulation, development and implementation of the policies, action plans and strategies of international co-operation, in connection with the technical directions concerned; - preparation of the agreements and conventions as well as follow-up of their execution, in connection with the technical directions concerned; - collection, analysis and diffusion of the data relating to the international co-operation; - follow-up of the partnership activity; - development of the projects and strategies of development as regards energy and of water; - control and realization of the studies, projects and programs, in connection with the technical directions, administrations and partners concerned; - constitution and update of a bank of projects; - development of the action plans; - identification of the projects to be submitted to various partners. (2) It includes/understands: - the Cell of the Studies and the Futurology; - the Cell of the Co-operation. ` |
