(1) Placed under the authority of a Chief of Cell, the Cell of Communication is charged: - implementation of the strategy of governmental communication within the Ministry; - design and working of the specific messages of the Minister; - collection, analysis and conservation of the journalistic and audio-visual documentation of the Ministry; - exploitation of the articles relating to the questions of Energy and Water of the Ministry appeared in the national or international press; - permanent promotion of the public image of the Ministry; - protocol and organization of the ceremonies in which the Minister takes part; - realization of the specialized emissions of the Ministry in the media; - organization of the press conferences and other-actions of communication of the Minister; - drafting and publication of the all other publication and news bulletin interesting the Ministry.
