| Stated Role | 1) Placed under the authority of a Sub-manager, the Subdirectorate of Urban Hydraulics and Cleansing is charged with: - design, of the formulation and the implementation of the strategies of drinking water supply of the urban centres; - design and of the connection, implementation of the programmes of cleansing as regards urban hydraulics with the administrations concerned; - development, of the application and the follow-up of the programmes of drinking water supply of the urban centres; - the participation in the development of the legal framework governing the sectors of water and the cleansing, in connection with the Legal Cell.
