(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Service of the Drinkable Water conveyances is charged: - development and follow-up of the directing diagrams of supply water in the rural zones; - design, development and implementation of the programs of rural hydraulics; - technical preparation of the tender documents, draft conventions and contracts relating to the projects of rural hydraulics in accordance with the regulation of the public markets; - vehicle inspection of work of rural hydraulics, checking and visa of the calculations; - reception of the markets of rural hydraulics in connection with the qualified services; - follow-up of the quality of drinking water in rural zone, connection with the qualified services; - control and maintenance of the works of rural hydraulics; - of any assistance to the Decentralized Territorial Communities and the thirds construction exploitation of the works and infrastructures of supply drinking water; - centralization of the requests as regards supply drinking water of the rural zones; - clothes industry and actualization of the files of the works, drillings and well or points of water; - animation and formation of the decentralized structures and communities village with management and maintenance of the works. (2) It includes/understands: - the Office of the Studies of the Works of Rural Hydraulics; - the Office of Control and Maintenance of the Works of Rural Hydraulics. |
