Take-over of the BACB by ECOBANK:
The multinational bank ECOBANK has signed an agreement with the stakeholders of Banque agricole et commerciale du Burkina (BACB) on Thursday, 7th August 2008 on a deal to buy 90% of the capital of the BACB.
The remaining 10% of the capital are held by the government of Burkina- Faso.
