Notes The PNBG started in November 2001 as the 'Integrated Programme of Public Sector Reform' (« Programme Intégré de Réforme du Secteur Public ») by the Government of Senegal. The programme evolved to become in June 2002, the PNBG with the support on United Nations Development Program.
[In 2003] the estimated need of funding was US $ 35 million of which 3.5 would be provided by the Government.
