Trivalence Mining Corporation ("Trivalence" or the "Company") is a Vancouver, British Columbia based public mineral resource company involved in the mining, processing, exploration and sale of diamonds from its mining operations in Africa. Trivalence has an operating diamond mine: The Aredor alluvial diamond mine in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. The Aredor concession is being explored for primary diamondiferous kimberlite. Exploration work is ongoing for the two prospective kimberlite targets, K23 and K14 kimberlites. Trivalence also has ongoing diamond exploration activity with the Kokong project in Botswana, Africa. Rio Tinto, London is earning into this project under the terms and conditions of a joint venture agreement that Tinto, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, has entered into in February of 2002. Tinto Botswana is the project operator. Aredor’s annual diamond production has been around the 35,000 – carat level. Aredor added a 120 TPH DMS (Dense Media Separation) Plant at it’s mine. The DMS plant gives additional processing capacity to the mine. Aredor diamonds are directly marketed and sold by Trivalence in Antwerp, Belgium. To date, over $100 million in rough diamonds have been sold. Trivalence has a strong community commitment to the area surrounding Aredor mine with respect to education and health. In summary, Trivalence has Diamond production and exploration projects in two African Countries. A strong management and technical team with extended experience.
