The strategic objectives of the Ministry are: To develop the capacity of the private sector for increased production, improved quality and delivery of professional services in order to ensure competitiveness. To strengthen institutional co-ordination and linkages within the Ministry and with other stakeholders across various sectors. To harness domestic and international opportunities for wealth creation. <P>To identify and address attendant challenges through continuous capacity building of the Ministry staff. To facilitate and promote the development of efficient marketing systems for enhancing growth. To develop public and private sector partnerships with stakeholders to enhance the creation of an enabling environment for economic transformation and export led growth.<P>Under these strategic objectives key outputs for the different developments are derived.
