Benin has adopted a multi-agency model led by an anti-corruption commission. Its strategy has been for the Cellule pour la Moralisation de la vie Publique (Office for the Improvement of Morality in Public Life—CMVP) to work in conjunction with control agencies in public finance, audit agencies in the judiciary, and parliamentary offices. |
