this is a 24 hour Asian radio station heard on 106 FM and channel 806 via satellite on Worldspace to over 110 countries. A brain child of our Managing Director Arjun Ruzaik with his partners Kim Patel and Bina Patel .EAST FM commenced transmission on 9th February 1998 and has since not looked backed and is breaking barriers to reaching over 150,000 (then) Asian listeners in Kenya alone.

The station offers 24 hour music, with its main mode of presentation being in English & Hindi with a touch of Urdu, Gujarati and Punjabi. The music comprises of both contemporary, Bollywood, Hindi Pop and the traditional classical Indian melodies. News from World Radio Network, Zee TV and its own source is transmitted everyday to keep you informed about current affairs. Business and sports is also covered.
