| Notes |
In May 2005 MagEnergy announced the signing of a Public Private Partnership Agreement with Sociéte Nationale d’Electricité (SNEL), for the rehabilitation of four turbines currently installed at the INGA II hydroelectric station in the DRC. This Agreement represents the first direct foreign investment with SNEL and is structured under an arrangement that has the approval of the international financial community. The estimated cost for the rehabilitation of all four turbines is about US$110 million. A US$2 million bankable feasibility study for this rehabilitation project has been completed and the first turbine work expected to start in late 2007.
