| Notes | CIFRA was created 1990 within the framework of a joint projectbetween the Ministry for the Health of Burkina Faso and the Agency of German Technical Co-operation - GTZ. After 12 years of experiments on the ground, the CIFRA became in 2002 an autonomous institution. The institution is directed by an Executive committee composed of five (5) members from Burkina, of Germany, of Mali, of Guinea, of Togo, of Benign and Cameroun. It has its seat with Ouagadougou.
