-To ensure the coordination, in collaboration with specialized structures statistics, the collection, processing, analysis and dissemination of statistical information.<P>-To ensure the coordination of the activities of the regional statistics structures and to ensure the preservation of the national statistical heritage.<P>-To directly performs certain major operations under the programme for National Statistics (censuses, surveys, exploitation of administrative data, etc.) and the centralization of data from other statistics agencies and to ensure their publication.<P>-To organize and manage the national statistical documentation and to prepare a directory of different statistics, subject to the supervision of the National Council for Statistics. |
