| Notes | Hon Protais MUSONI Mr Musoni was born in 1954 in the district of Muhura - province of Byumba. He graduated from Makerere University as a mechanical engineer. Minister Musoni participated in and chaired various commissions and Boards of Governors of different organisations and attended numerous seminars and workshops in both local and international fora on good governance, decentralisation and community development. He has also presented many papers in national and foreign high-level institutions on good governance and community development. Minister Musoni has occupied different posts: 1. Minister of MINALOC 2. Minister of State in the Ministry of Local Government, Information and Social Affairs in charge of Good Governance. 3. Top RPF Leadership. 4. Secretary General in the Ministry of Local Government and Social Affairs 5.
