Xavier-Luc Duval 1980 - 1986 Audit Manager -Casson Beckman, London 1986 – 1988 Manager then audit partner at De Chazal du Mee & Co., Mauritius 1987 1988- January 1998 Elected in Constituency No. 4 (Port-Louis North/Long Mountain) An achievement considered as a historic breakthrough since MMM-led coalitions have always won all 12 seats in Port-Louis.
