Mrs. Elipina Mlaki is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 27 year’s track record working for the Government Treasury. She has spent her entire career in the office of the Treasury Registrar, rising through the ranks to reach her current position of Assistant Treasury Registrar. Mrs. Mlaki has long experience in the analysis and evaluation of public investments and has been involved in parastatal restructuring to ensure that all stakeholders are involved and their concerns properly addressed. She was actively involved in the privatisation and 31 public listing of Tanga Cement Company as representative of the Tanzania Government on the Board of that Company. Mrs. Mlaki is registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) as an Approved Accountant and has got an MBA (Finance) degree from Mankata State University, Minnesota, USA. She sits on the Boards of several other public corporations.
