| Notes | Biographical Note ---------------------- Mr. Ikouebe was appointed Chief of the International Organizations Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1974 and took part in 10 sessions of the General Assembly, between that year and 1986. Mr. Ikouebe's education included studies at the International Institute of Public Administration in Paris and at the Institute for Political Studies in Bordeaux. He is married and has six children.
