| Notes | Seini Oumarou & Hama Amadou's Government Seinou Ouamarou has been appointed new Prime Minister of Niger by Mamadou Tandja (President of Niger) on the June, 3rd 2007 despite his alleged involvement in the money fraud that cost the previous government its dismissal. Seini was the Minister of Equipment in that government accused of stealing 890.000 euros (1.2 million dollar US) of international aid destined to national education.
