| Notes | Profile of Innocent Tinashe Gonese Gonese is a founder member of the MDC in 1999 and was elected the Chairman for Ward 11 for Mutare. In 2000 he was elected into the National Executive at the MDC Congress and in the same year he voted to become the MP for Mutare Central constituency and was re-elected in 2005. He was appointed the MDC Chief Whip in Parliament the post he holds in the current Sixth Session of Parliament. In 2005 he was appointed the Secretary for Legal Affairs for the party.
