Gabaake Gabaake. Gabaake holds a BSc. in Geology and a MSc. in Hydrogeology and started his professional career at the Department of Geological Survey in July 1986, before transferring to the Department of Water Affairs in August 1990 where he quickly progressed to the position of Director.
Gabaake has also served as the Performance Improvement Co-ordinator at MMEWR. Before his appointment as Permanent Secretary at MMEWR, Gabaake was Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Works and Transport from September 2004 until July 2006 when he was appointed as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government
