Notes Peter Meagher was appointed to Oklo’s board as Executive Chairman in September 2006.
Mr Meagher is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has degrees in Economics and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
He has more than 30 years as experience in the financial industry, including managing the Corporate Division of a stockbroking firm with responsibility for initial public offerings, new issues, capital raisings and corporate advisory work. He has also worked as Finance Director of a large listed group of companies that included mining and oil exploration companies. He worked previously in merchant banking in Australia and overseas.
Peter has extensive experience as a director having sat on a number of publicly-listed company boards including Axiom Properties Limited, Energy Investments Limited (now Blu Energy Limited) and in addition to his position at Oklo, is currently also a non-executive Director of Extract Resources Limited, a position he has held since January 2004.
