Mrs. Yvonne is married to the Commissioner of Brazzaville region, General Benoit Moundele-Ngollo, she is mother of two children.
She qualified in Economic and Social Administration, in Law of Public Enterprises and in Management of Public Enterprises. Former member of the central council of URFC and member of national executive bureau of Club-2002, Mrs. Mundele-Ngollo has guided the Hydro-Congo society from 1977 to 1999.
