David brings to Globe over 10 years experience in the investment banking and corporate finance fields. He worked for Merrill Lynch during the early 90’s where he worked in the International Private Banking division and assisted many small companies through the seed capital stage to ASX listing. More recently, David has worked in the Middle East, including HSBC, advising many resource and energy corporations throughout Middle East and Africa on project finance, mergers & acquisitions and financing solutions. David has also worked in Hong Kong for a venture capitalist and asset management firm and became a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Currently, David works for CK Locke & Partners as Head of the Corporate Finance division in Perth. CK Locke provides a broad range of financial and investment banking services.
