Notes In November 2007 Johnathan Napier joined FARM-Africa as our Ethiopia Country Director and he brings with him a wealth of experience of managing NGO development programmes. For the past 15 years he has been involved in development, emergency and post emergency work in South East Asia, East, Southern and West Africa and Central America both at project and senior management levels. Before joining FARM-Africa he worked as the Programme Director for Mercy Corps in Zimbabwe, prior to this he was the Oxfam Country Director in Zimbabwe and Sierra Leone and the CARE International Assistant Country Director in Zimbabwe.
