Profile of Professor Eliphas
Prof Eliphas joined the MDC in 1999; he is Special advisor to the President on Political and Diplomatic affairs. Currently he is secretary for International affairs and a Member of the National Executive. Eliphas was the Parliamentary candidate 2005 March, general elections for Gutu South constituency.
Professor Mukunoweshuro is a holder of BA, MA & PhD (Birmingham UK) and is currently Professor of Political Science at UZ.
