| Notes | Profile of Honorable Joel Gabbuza: Honorable Joel Gabbuza was born in Binga. He is a founder member of the party in 1999. In 2000 elected Member of Parliament for Binga the post he holds to the present day. He holds the post of Secretary of Mines, Energy and Tourism. Joel is the chairman of Parliamentary Portfolio committee for Mines, Energy, Environment and Tourism. Gabbuza is also the treasurer for the Matebeleland North Province and also a member of the National Executive Council member since 2000. Hon Gabbuza holds a Bachelor of Science Geology & Geography from the University of Zimbabwe, Diploma Expert Photography and Certificate in House Wiring& Building Designs & Drawings.
