AfDevInfo is available by subscription. The subscription allows unlimited access and downloads of all documents by all authorised users. All revisions and additions are included within the subscription. An individual subscription is for the use of a single person. Please note our conditions and our right to terminate an Individual Subscription that we believe is being abused.

Annual subscriptions may be paid by bank transfer or cheque in US Dollars, Euros or Sterling. In addition to Username/Password authentication, online access using your own authentication methods via IP address recognition is available.

By law we are required to charge VAT on all UK subscriptions and on Individual Subscriptions to subscribers in the rest of the European Union. Institutions in the EU (excluding the UK) are required to account for any VAT due locally.

Our services are available by internet download only. Your service starts once your payment has been accepted. In the case of complimentary subscriptions and credit card payments this is immediate. In the case of cheque payments and bank transfers this is within one working day of your payment being received.

You have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund provided you inform us within 7 working days of your subscription starting and provided that you have not yet commenced using our service by downloading documents.

AfDevInfo is a service of African Development Information Services Ltd (hereafter 'we'). In registering for AfDevInfo you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

AfDevInfo is available at all times, but we will not be liable for any delay, down time, or other failure of performance. We will make all reasonable efforts to correct any performance problems brought to our attention.

Authorized users Individual registered users or subscribers may not share their access to AfDevInfo with other users. Excessive duplication of downloads by individual subscribers will be detected and monitored. We reserve the right to withdraw (and refund pro rata) subscriptions that appear to be abusing the discounts available to individuals. Institutional subscribers must ensure that only authorised users of their secure networks have access to AfDevInfo.

We reserve the right to withdraw any free subscription if it is fraudulently obtained, allows access to unauthorised users or is used for commercial gain. Limited warranty Information contained in AfDevInfo is provided to end-users without warranty of any kind. While we have taken great care to ensure accuracy, we cannot assume, and hereby disclaim, any liability to any party for any loss or damage caused by omissions or inaccuracies in our services, whether such errors or omissions result from negligence, accident, or any other cause.

Credit and Debit Card transactions are handled by WorldPay, on their secure server. Dollar and Euro Prices listed above are for guidance only. WorldPay will convert the Sterling price at current exchange rates. We do not have access to your card details. We accept the following cards.
